Rye Nightstand Warm Brown
A nightstand that borrows its front from a tatami mat. Solid mango wood pairs with a tonal woven soft-rush panel, giving the Rye nightstand a warm, textured look drawn from traditional Japanese craft. The front is Tatami-omote, a tightly woven natural rice straw known for durability and its calming sound and temperature absorption, bringing a centuries-old material to a modern bedside piece. Inspired by upholstery piping, translated into warm wood and woven straw.
