We want you to love your deKor purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit only.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Returned items must be received in their original condition and/or packaging.
- We recommend using insured, trackable shipping, as deKor cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
All custom, made-to-order, vintage, artwork, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been processed.
Ready-to-Ship items usually dispatch within 5–10 business days. Made-to-Order and custom pieces have longer production timelines, generally ranging from 4–8 weeks, depending on the item and materials selected. Estimated lead times are noted on each product page.

Yes! Visit our Los Angeles showroom, open seven days a week, to experience our vintage collection, floor models and custom designs in person. Our team will be happy to help you explore materials, finishes, and customization options.
Custom Orders
You can conveniently shop select custom pieces online, where limited customization options such as size or finish are available. For full customization, reach out through our Contact Form or visit our Los Angeles showroom to discuss your vision with our team. We’ll guide you through the design process and provide a quote based on your selections.
Lead times vary by piece and complexity, but typically range between 5–6 weeks. We’ll confirm an estimated timeline once your order details are finalized.
We offer a curated selection of high-quality woods, fabrics, and finishes chosen for their beauty and durability. You can order a selection of swatches online at a small or no cost, or visit our Los Angeles showroom to explore our full range of materials in person.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.
Custom pieces ship via white-glove delivery across the U.S. Shipping rates vary by item and location — our team will provide a quote before your order is finalized.
