• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• We recommend using insured, trackable shipping, as deKor cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

All custom, made-to-order, vintage, artwork, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been processed.

Ready-to-Ship items usually dispatch within 5–10 business days. Made-to-Order and custom pieces have longer production timelines, generally ranging from 4–8 weeks, depending on the item and materials selected. Estimated lead times are noted on each product page.
