The seat sits at 17 inches and the arm height at 23.5 inches, keeping the same relaxed, lower-slung proportions as the Queen and Full XL below it. The king bed underneath is the reason to size up.

The Hybrid mechanism opens in two steps, consistent with the rest of the Casey line: loose back cushions come off and set aside, then the seat lifts while the back lays flat in one motion. No seat cushion removal, no separate metal frame. Manual operation, no power option on this model, opening out from the wall.

The bed is a true American king, 76 by 80 inches. The mattress is built in at 5 inches, a CertiPUR cold-cured high-density foam pad, rated Daily Sleeper for regular use rather than occasional guests. The seat foam is medium density, consistent across the Casey line, which keeps the sitting and sleeping experience close.
