Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, deKor will gladly accept returns within 3 days of purchase for store credit only, please see exceptions below.
All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom and made-to-order furniture pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once the order is placed. Each piece is crafted specifically to your selected size, fabric, and specifications, which makes it unique to you. We encourage customers to carefully review all product details before placing an order. If you need assistance with selecting dimensions, materials, or finishes, our team is happy to help prior to purchase.
Any custom orders, vintage furniture, flash sale items, artwork, books, lighting, apothecary, beauty products, vinyl floor mats and sale items are final sale.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.
*Due to California's Safer at Home restrictions, there will be a delay for processing returns for orders that have already been sent out.

GENERAL
Discount codes cannot be used on sale, as well as some lighting and furniture pieces. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes and they can only be used at time of checkout.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
Please note, some of our products are vintage items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high quality standards. Condition is already reflected in price.

Most of our items are dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on product page. For our larger upholstered items, we recommend professional cleaner only.
